Yes, and no. As others said, you don't earn rewards offline, and not all the modes are available. But you can play Supremacy (minus the ship phase) with bots across all maps and eras. People talked a lot of trash about the game mainly because of ea/origin but tbh, this is one of the best games ever for me. And I'm not even that big Star Wars fan.

Significantly more expansive than the PSP one (which I grew up on as well). The best part is all the mods though. Definitely go for it, though if you want you can wait for the next Steam sale as the game
