Post by ArcadiaGrey onJan 16, 2019 at 5:44am. Many of us who've played Dragon Age 2 have preferred moments for starting the 2 story DLCs. Some are driven by loot, others dialogue, or the most roleplaying appropriate time for Hawke to be there.
They do match the level you enter the DLC with though. I've been told they're capped at level 25. Quoted for truth. That sucks that it's 25, I wanna go in there during the regular game since I need the 100 or so sovereigns it'll give me to put to use to buy some stuff for my rogue since I still need around 300+ and I've spent around 200 for My personal opinion, if you have purchased the equipment packs (mage, rogue & warrior), don't play the expansion until after you have finished the game and are at or close to level 25--which is the max the new weapon and armor levels up to when you retrieve it. If you go earlier, anything in the DLC equipment packs is better than what you get I remember reading somewhere that it was possible to play the expansions after beating Dragon Age 2's main game is it really possible? If so could you please me specific instructions on how to access said DLC?
